Shaky & quick shot of a white dot on an otherwise blank screen; looks like a glowing light bulb on a black screen, which is more than likely what it is, though the intent is to present a UFO. Panning LS desert landscape w/ mountains in BG & oasis w/ water in FG; different angle of same w/ white man standing in FG, lake in BG; MS white men, one wearing a Durango-like cowboy hat w/ severely bent brim, standing & talking on edge of lake; MS young man w/ 16mm film camera on tripod filming lake. Silly MSs two older Caucasian men, two white women & three little white girls, posing for the camera in woods, stopping to point & stare at something in the sky, apparently trying to recreate a UFO sighting or encounter; one bespectacled women takes pictures with still camera. Shaky & quick shots of strange lights (UFOs) against black background (nighttime sky)-- quite obviously these are frauds. Cut to MSs var angs white man wearing plaid flannel shirt in desert pointing out white cloth debris hanging from desert trees; this might be faked shot of UFO crash landing site ; film is slightly sped up.

Panning WLS small desert town in Mojave Desert, California; remote, rural, desolate, penal-looking. LSs large mountains, snow covering peaks. Panning shots rocks and Mojave desert. Panning shots of Giant Rock & desert area surrounding it-- Giant Rock is a large free-standing boulder near Landers, California, the base of which was converted into a temperate, livable dwelling by Frank Critzer, a 20th cent. German immigrant & nascent miner who died under rather strained circumstances (locals regularly accused him of being a Nazi spy), prompting former aircraft engineer George Van Tassel to buy the property & turn it into a New Age-y UFO convention spot. Panning shots of UFO convention at Giant Rock, early 1960s: folks milling about slapdash campground-- more like a trailer park; man attached to parachute running around on ground, trying to harness parachute; cars and single engine prop planes parked on dusty runway of desert air strip, aka Giant Rock airport, people standing around.
