TLS forklift driving into skid, lifting & pulling away w/ load. MS African-American man cleaning chemicals from workstation, placing chems in yellow metal cabinet. MCU burning shoe (shoe on fire), a smoldering shoe adjacent to it-- suggests that this was a workplace accident. CU fish-eye mirror on wall in factory, forklift passing by. MSs man zipping around factory in forklift, almost causing an accident; fellow employee chews him out as he zips off. MSs portly old white male talking w/ his foreman about a potential work hazard.
