THOMAS HARTNETT (D-SC) alludes to the PATRIOTISM of PATRICK HENRY, says the MX OPPONENTS would give people "government checks" and "no freedom".-V.o.-With a nearly $200 BILLION DEFICIT, many decided DEFENSE was overdue to take the AX. Rep. MARTY RUSSO (D-IL) says that anyone who votes to FUND MX MISSILE should see him for a tip on "a good deal on the Brooklyn Bridge".
