The miner says the numbers DURENBERGER proposes will be great until his unemployment benefits run out and he has no income at all. DUKE v.o.-it's a dilemma because no legislators want to increase TAXES or the DEFICIT. C/S Sen. HEINZ, says that UNEMPLOYMENT is hurting people who have been homeowners, taxpayers, and law-abiding citizens, must be helped. 21.00.42-DUKE-The Senate approved the DOLE/DURENBERGER plan for almost $2 BILLION in INSURANCE PROTECTION plans.
