COMMISIONED FOR USE FOR THE UNITED STATES AIR FORCE. Essentially this was meant to be shown to overseas USAF pilots on Sundays or when they needed to tap into their Christian spirituality. A tabernacle choir waxes cathedral-gothic over images of misty mountains and California's Redwood forest. There are some mystic, haunting images here, as light and mist cooperate with the trees to create what might be considered Hallmark money shots. Nature in all its godly splendor. Cut to graphic: A MEDITATION BY DR. RALPH W. SOCKMAN. Cut to shots of the good doctor walking along the mid-afternoon redwoods. Ends abruptly, in mid-prayer.
