San Francisco-based lefties play "trust" games in sunny public park, in effect promoting playful competitiveness & wholesome camaraderie within their counterculture. Games involve players having contact with each other (touching), which allows trust to be built. A non-political communistic (commune) vibe to the whole thing.

MS/TLSs group of mostly Caucasian youth playing Earth Ball, the only rule to keep a large rubber globe in the air by using your hands & feet. MSs People Knot game, the object of which is to unravel the appendage knot without breaking the chain. Several youth link arms & toss participants along human chain. Playful crowd body surfing in the park. MSs shirtless young Caucasian boy bopping w/ shirtless white male adult; bopping is "a soft war game that releases natural competitiveness & hostility in a natural, fun-filled way" & uses malleable foam swords. CU young white man with shaggy hair, scraggly beard, nasty teeth playing balance game w/ shaggy-haired man w/ moustache, yellow t-shirt, cut-off jeans, dirty Converse sneakers; the later loses, falls comically to ground. MSs group playing Rock, Paper, Scissors, losers running away. MS burly young white man w/ beard lifting young white woman up, hoisting her onto his shoulder like the proverbial caveman. MS young white woman, wearing thick glasses & orange t-shirt w/ personalized "Wendy" on chest, laughing. MSs people racing, running, wrestling, having fun. "Unlike competitive games like football & baseball, which are often dominated by coaches, managers & sponsors, the games are returning fun to its rightful owners, the players. "MS's players (adults & children) playing parachute game, lifting the silk and people running underneath it. .
