INSTANTANEAS DEL MOMENTO Queen of light Festival is held in Toronto, by Scandinavian Canadian club. Procession. Girl with lit candled wreath headdress. For nearly 1700 years, it is a Swedish custom that during Christmas time every year a girl is picked to portray the legendary Saint Lucia. It is believed to have started in Sicily.
