Building Blown Up. Horse and wagon stand in sandy region with a building in the background. Man inspects old building while a bulldozer pushes dirt along the side of the building. Construction vehicle moves in pit in front of building. Bulldozer moves along trench in front of building. Shot of building. Man waves cap back and forth and then runs off. Two men stand behind a wall. One man pulls up an explosive detonator plunger and pushes it down. The building explodes, forming a dust cloud and debris to fall to the ground. Shot of building remains.
