Over Exposes, shaky, blurry hazy in contrast and imagery A Canadian statesman leaves for the Paris Peace Conference. He addresses the people: "As Canadians we have no special or selfish interest in the peace terms with Italy and the other powers that are satellites of Germany and Japan. But as Canadians, we have an interest in working to see that foundations are laid at Paris for a lasting peace. Peace is a basis for security abroad so we may work in Canada for we may have prosperity at home". He boards the plane and the plane takes off into the wild blue yonder.
