This shot is followed by several more shots of the same subject but with slightly different particulars from the same vantage point. BREAK IN TBC 01:00:30:- static tight LS of the St. James Hotel's lobby. Leather chairs, clocks, deer head trophies, very manly. Large, upscale room with blue tablecloths and pink napkins neatly folded at each prepared setting. The room is empty, as daylight filters in. Taken several more times from same vantage point but with pans right and left. 01:04:20:- CU antique cash register, zoom out to resume former shot of said dining room. Taken several more times, same format. 01:05:32:- tight LS of the St. James' bar, a brandy snifter in the FG; dark and moody room, stocked to the hilt with glasses and top shelf liquor. Taken several more times, including a tilt down from the ceiling on which numerous hats are nailed. Yes, that's right, men's hats nailed to the ceiling. Some shots have the brandy glass in the FG while others don't. 01:08:43:- CU of the bullet holes in the ceiling or wall of the dining room. There are several holes but only one CU at a time. Taken several times for each hole, including fast zooms in and out (really annoying effect). 01:12:00:- static MS of an old fashioned, ornate safe at the St. James. Painted on it is "Hall's Safe and Lock Co.", flowers, tricky border designs, and a earth toned landscape (pond and shore). Taken several more times, all in MS, including the doors being opened to reveal interior of safe. 01:14:13:- MS of the Zane Grey room in the St. James Hotel. It is a very small bedroom with overly patterned, downright ugly, wallpaper, a reddish brown dresser drawer (with rounded mirror attached), and twin size bed which features pink bedsheets and a black metal bedframe. The right side of the bed is too hot (light source beats down on it). Very stifling room, halting even. Taken a few more times fromsame vantage point but with tilts. 01:17:57:- MS Governor Lou Wallace room, the place where Ben Hur was apparently written. Beautiful, dark walnut furniture and bed frame; a pink comforter on the bed; deep blue drapes. This is a larger room with two large windows on each side of the bed; also features a boarded-up fireplace and a clock on the mantle. Taken several times with pans and tilts. 01:21:14:- tight LS of the Wyatt Earp room in the St. James. Room features yellow, tacky wallpaper; an orange and tan carpet; a twin bed with a wood headboard (a cross is engraved on it, too). 01:24:30:- tight LS, from corner of room, of the upstairs suite in the St. James. It is an overenthusiastic room, with no set color scheme except for earth tone hues. It is cluttered with furniture, including a drab orange psychiatric chair. Taken several times with pans right and left. 01:26:00:- MS door and doorway of the Wyatt Earp room. Boring white with bronze number "11". Taken several times with zoom ins on the number. 01:28:22:- CU of the sink in the bathroom of the Wyatt Earp room. Gray with patches of green mildew. Marble tiles in BG. 01:29:14:- LS of the upstairs hallway in the St. James. Long pathway, with red, patterned wallpaper, red carpet,dark brown bookshelves and dressers, and chandeliers.
