This segment pertains to the Miss Black Teen beauty pageant. It begins with a group of African-American teenage girls performing on stage. The girls are positioned in a straight line and sway back and forth to music. One girl has a singing solo and is standing at a microphone in front of the rest of the group. (Unfortunately, there is no audio) Camera pans all the young women. Each is wearing either a short dress or a short skirt.
