Caucasian male reporter with microphone in hand (Bill McKay) stands in front of the Akron Municipal Building. As he speaks, cars pass on the street behind him. He states that this is the first time that reporters will have the opportunity to ask the mayor his thoughts on the resignation of the former Vice President Spiro Agnew. The media is particularly interested in what the mayor has to say about Agnew's remarks concerning government contracts and competative bidding.
