Press interviews a group of farm workers associated with the Teamsters Union. Segment begins with a group of men seated behind a long rectangular table. The table is covered with a generic white tablecloth, coffee cups and pitchers of water. Closer view of the men. The group consists of men from both Anglo and Latino ethnicity. One of the men smokes a cigarette. View of a second table were two reporters are seated. One of the reporters asks a question, but there is no audio. Audio kicks in as the camera focuses on one of the Latino men. The man states "Everybody is so concerned about California, they should just stick to Ohio. Try to get decent wages and take care of their people here in this state. Now the people in California, they are all satisfied with the wages we've negotiated for them." He goes on to say that the farm workers of California are happy with all the benefits including the health and welfare plans. He doesn't understand why people in the Midwest think that the people of California are not receiving decent wages. He ends by saying "As a matter of fact, we got the contracts better, with better wages than Cesar Chavez ever had".
