(TV1)-- FI on hungry refugees lined up, getting food. VO: "2 out of 3 people will go to bed hungry tonight." Greek mand w/ child in line for food. Refugees in desert town running out building door. A truck w/ CROP poster drives by cam. CROP logo: "Gifts in kind for the world's needy." (TV2)-- FI on man at desk, talking to cam, describing First Bank & trust services. Map of 6 locations. Zoom in to main office. Diss ot live shot of 6 story bldg w/ large time & temperature sign, cars passing. Diss to interior bank lobby. Diss to trust department. Diss to travel dept. Diss to branch bank ext. Cut to man entering front doors. Diss t bank counter serving people. Diss to brick branch bank. Diss to four columned bank. Diss to bank counter. Back to opening scene. VO: "And now back to Meet the Press." (TV3)-- Fade in on on auto interior, from backseat to show driver & road ahead through windshield. Car comes to White Rose gas sign. Car drives in to White Rose pumps. Attendant puts hose into tank. Tilt down pump, from Ethyl to White Rose logo. Diss to ext LS gasoline refinery, two men in hard hats approaching plant. Var shots refineyr. Driver pays attendant; driver is surprised by change. "No, I wanted ethyl." "This is ethyl, but WR platformed gas sells at the price of regular." FO/FI car pulling from station, another car enters. (TV4)-- FI on White Rose logo. Diss to billboard: "Save 2 cents less." Diss to scientist in lab, explaining platforming. Revolving logos. High shot gas station, car drives up to pumps. Flashing pump top sign. Ethyl logo. (TV5)-- same as TV4 except Bill Warrick dubs scientist's voice. Generally better than TV4. (TV6)-- FI on business man at desk in office on telephone. Narrator Mort Linder: "One man tells another." Diss to high shot of Bill Warrick talking to other man. Diss to Gilbert's store sign. CU map. Roads intersect at South Bend, Indiana. Salesman shows woman man's jacket. LS people entering store. (TV7)-- FI on cartoon, face of driver, hands on steering wheel, looking sad & tired. VO: "Mister! Hey! Over here!" Face looks at gas gauge, man nods, squints in anguish as balloon appears over his head (disappointed woman's face in bubble). Man looks blank, thrusts hands apart, smiles, points to "Power Pak" sign. ZephyrGas Bonus Stamp sign. Wife is now smiling. "Free" cycles in & out of screen. Stop motion items: coffee pot, toaster, iron, skillet, tackle box, catalogue. (TV8)-- "Quiz Kids" title (silent), presented by Miles Laboratories; Alka-Seltzer, One-A-Day vitamins, Tabcin antihistamine, Bactine. (TV9)-- Bendix Power brake spot, cartoon of chicken crossing road safely, thanks to Bendix.
