The film looks at the many faces of crime and the activities of law enforcement agencies, which try to control it (organized crime in North America, street gangs, terriorism). In the future, criminologists will employ dye guns, lasers, voiceprints, exotic x-rays, bomb sniffers, and neutron analysis.
