This film provides an exciting introduction to the phenomenon of electrical superconductivity, a little known but tremendously significant scientific breakthrough. Featured are actual demonstrations of what the miraculous new frozen superconductors are, how they work, and their practical potential: how superconductors can help clean up air and water pollution; facilitate knifeless surgery deep in the brain; provide power through special generators; or solve the rapid transit problem with the monoplane, which runs on one track at speeds of up to 300 miles per hour. Given the precarious state of the world today, the work of these men represents some of the brightest hopes of mankind for a cleaner and healthier tomorrow.
