Cranes/Construction, Time Lapse Time lapse WS construction crane at site apparently for wind tunnel being built. At first not much motion from the crane(s), but activity picks up later in clip. Probably at NASA's Ames Research Center. Time lapse WS crane lifts large metal cone (looks like maybe the roof to something?) and places it onto a cylinder. Workers help fit it in place.
