It has eroded a lot, but I think that the reason it hasn't eroded more is that there is a kind of tension about what happens if you don't confront sort of terrorism .....there's enough tension in the country, enough fear that if you don't confront terrorism in some major way that the landscape of the world might well be very different down the road." 02.02.02 End of Tape
