Hospital Interior: MS mother & father visiting their daughter in hospital room. CU girl's face as she sleeps. MS tearful mother by their daughter's bedside, stroking the child's face. MS hallway as man steps out of room and talks to nurse seated at reception.

Hospital Interior: CU numbered lights blinking. MS slick looking man in suit (doctor) walking down hallway toward camera. MCU man walking through "emergency" door. MCU couple seated in lobby anxiously waiting to hear news regarding their daughter's condition, man tries to console his distraught wife after distinguishing a cigarette in ashtray (yes-the days when smoking was permitted almost anywhere, hospitals included). MS couple standing as doctor in white coat & holding a stethoscope enters the room, they talk about the girl's condition, uniformed nurse enters the scene & asks the parent to follow her.

Operating Room (Prep & Anesthesiologist): CU hand opening lid to small index card filing box labeled "Blood Donor". MCU masked surgeons scrubbing down in sink prior to operation. MCU/MS masked nurse helping masked surgeon slip into gown & gloves. CU surgical tools being laid out neatly on tray. MS hospital orderly & nurse wheeling patient through door reading "Surgery". MCU male anesthesiologist looking over the patient's chart. MCU anesthesiologist using stethoscope to listen to the heart of young patient on the operating table. MS hospital room as orderly & nurses move patient from gurney to bed.

Hospital Interior: Montage of clips showing a young healthy girl doing typical childhood things (stretching w/smile while getting out of bed, playing w/doll, reading a book) while superimposed images of a surgical operation are shown, the parallel audio is of a distraught mother worrying about her daughter whom is currently under the knife. MCU couple seated in hospital lobby, waiting for their child to get out of surgery, the woman is distraught & crying while her husband tries to consoles her. MS parents rising to their feet as surgeon enters the room with update on their child's condition, the mother's head collapses into her hands with a cry of relief after hearing the news that her daughter will be fine.
