Reprehensive Gerald Solomon (R - New York) You know the people who enjoy the Kennedy Center, and I enjoy it myself from time to time, are members of Congress, they are diplomats, they are US embassy employees, they are lobbyists, Washington high society. And why should my constituents pay for their culture. I just don t think that s right.
