MS a second tow truck pulling away from the shoulder hauling a little white car on the flatbed. MS third tow truck pulling a large white vehicle from the shoulder of the road.
Flooded Street
The street underneath a viaduct is completely flooded. The water is massive enough to prevent traffic from passing. It looks more like a canal than a street. View of a car driving through water on a suburban street. The water accumulates to more than a puddle, the car manages to forge ahead.
