On the next play, #22 throws a pass into the endzone which is caught.

On the next play, the quarterback falls back to pass, but hands it off to a running back who scores a touchdown. Shot of crowd. On their 41-42 yardline, the quarterback launches a bomb which is caught; the reciever is tackled at the 2 or 3 yardline. On the next play, the ball is handed off to a player who leaps over the mountain of bodies to score a touchdown.

Crisis Ebbs: Korea Restores Order; Vice-Pres. Lee Buried
Korea Restores Order; Vice-President Lee Buried. In Seoul the funeral of Vice President elect, Lee Kee Pung, his wife and two sons, who died in a suicide pact following his ouster and the resignation of President Syngman Rhee. The student rebellion that brought down Lee's downfall and his faith saving death is over. Order is restored and Korea is no longer rocked by the street clashes of student, liberals and the police where 1000 were shot or injured in the last two weeks. Throngs gather to watch the bodies of Vice President elect and his family in caskets being loaded into trucks draped in black material. MOHS - The crowd. MS - The four caskets are laid out side. there's a ton of flowers in the back of the caskets The caskets are closed with a picture of the person who now lays in the casket. MS - People openly mourning both men and women. MOHS- President Rhee escorted by his wife and another woman openly mourning apparently shaken by the murder suicide of the Vice President elect, and family.

King Mahendra From Nepal Visits
At National Air Port, King Mahendra and Queen Ratna of Nepal are greeted by President Eisenhower as they arrive for a three day State Visit to Washington, DC, and a 5-week tour of our country. This is the first time a reining power of Nepal ever came to the United States. Meanwhile Red China's Premier, Zhou En-lai is visiting Mahendra's little kingdom of Nepal (located between India and China in the Himalayas) to discuss claim to Mt. Everest. While the King is enjoying Americas hospitality. King Mahendra and Queen Ratna disembarking from a American Air Force plane. At Groton, Connecticut launching ceremonies for the Nuclear Submarine, Tullibee. Named for a fresh water fish found in the Great Lakes. The Tullibee is the smallest Nuclear Sub and the first of a new class of hunter killer craft designed to seek out and destroy enemy u-boats. Providing a vigorous swig by Mrs. John Davidson. The Tullibee goes down the ramp smoothly. Fitter out with ultra sensitive ears and a quiet turbine drive she will pack a deadly walkup from unorthodox torpedo tubs amid ship. Radical new, anti new submarine, submarine Naval Officers standing at attention on deck of the USS Tullibee, a small nuclear submarine. MOHS - A good size amount of people show up for the Christening and Launching of the new Nuclear Sub. MS - Mrs. Davidson is handed a bottle of champaign to Christen the sub. MOHS - The crowd. May Day in Berlin. In East Berlin the May Day Parade is staged as a 5 hour military operation with 250 thousand massed to watch 3,500 goose-stepping troops and a rumbling array of heavy armor and artillery. Under a banner that reads "Down with German Militarism!". The Red Forces march in a show of military muscle, two weeks before the Summit Talks are scheduled to began. The May Day parade in East Berlin with throngs in attendance. A mocked up replica of Sputnik is carried by the people sitting in the grand-stands. MLS - Nikita Khrushchev with his communist buddies watching the parade saluting the Russian military. MS - Tanks. MS - Military trucks pulling soldiers posted at the machine guns set on 4-wheels. MS - People waving at the participants in the parade. MS - Russian army soldiers goose-stepping trouping their colors. Less than a mile away in free West-Berlin nearly a million assemble led by Mayor Willy Brandt. The biggest out-pouring of West Berliners since the end of the war. The slogan is "Freedom For All". Informally staged in contrast with the East-Berliners this May Day demonstration is an impressive answer to Khrushchev s renewed tough talk on the German issue.
